If your child has medication in the nurse's office, please make arrangements to pick up their medication on or before the last day of school, Friday May 27th. If left in the clinic, these medications will not be retained over the summer and will be disposed of as per New Caney ISD policy. In addition, if your child requires an action plan to be kept on file in the nurses office for conditions such as Asthma, Seizures, diabetes or food allergies please ensure a NEW plan and Medication Authorization Form is obtained over the summer from your Doctor. New Caney ISD policy requires that all action plans and medication Forms be renewed every school year.
