 If an athlete is traveling home from a competition by any other means than the bus or parent this form must be filled out 48 hours prior to competition.

We strongly encourage our athletes to eat right. Their bodies are in need of proper nutrition which includes fruits, vegetables, grains, meat and beans, water and milk. We have provided some information in the document below. One of the most important things an athlete can do is drink water. They should drink water the night before a workout as well as eat properly. For more tips on proper hydration and diet please feel free to give us a call.
