If you suspect an infant, child, or young adult of having a developmental delay or disability, New Caney ISD can help provide for a brighter future. Services are at no cost and are available to all those eligible from 3 through 21 years of age (starting at birth for auditory and/or visual impairments).
Special Services are available to eligible infants, children, and young adults identified with a disability, who may be experiencing difficulty in one or more of the following areas:
- Auditory Impairment
- Emotional Disturbance
- Intellectual Disability
- Non-Categorical Early Childhood
- Other Health Impairment
- Orthopedic Impairment
- Specific Learning Disability
- Speech or Language Impairment
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Visual Impairment
