Principal's Message

Bryan Applegate

Over the course of my 16 years as an educator, I have learned a few simple truths about people, especially children. We don’t all think alike. We don’t all enjoy the same things. Some of us have one skill set and skill level, while others have a different set.
Yet, we all have feelings. We can all feel hurt at times. We all like to learn when learning is real, personable and fun. It is important to me that I share with you our direction as a faculty when it comes to working with each other and building relationships, especially with children. It is also necessary for me to deliver my personal beliefs and expectations before we begin in this adventure together. I see my vision and mission statements as how I live my life and how things “ought to be”. Please take the time to read the following personal vision and personal mission statements.
